1. Are your fragrances safe to use?
Yes. All Fifth Room Fragrances® products are crafted with high-quality ingredients and formulated for safe use on skin and clothing. Avoid contact with eyes, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
2. Can I return a fragrance if I change my mind?
All purchases are final sale. For health, safety, and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns once a bottle has left our facility, as used or opened fragrance bottles cannot be resold.
3. Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are only offered under these circumstances:
- Damaged During Shipping – Items that arrive broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged.
- Lost in Transit – Orders verified as lost by the carrier.
In these cases, we will replace your product at no additional cost.
4. How should I store my fragrance?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Proper storage helps preserve the fragrance’s quality and longevity.
5. How long do your fragrances last?
Fragrance longevity depends on the concentration and how it is applied. Eau de Parfum typically lasts 6–8 hours, and proper storage can extend the life of your fragrance.
6. Are your fragrances tested on animals?
No. Fifth Room Fragrances® products are cruelty-free. We do not test our fragrances on animals at any stage of production.
7. Can I use your fragrances on clothing or linens?
Yes, but we recommend spot testing first, as certain fabrics may be sensitive to oils or colorants in the fragrance.
8. How are your fragrances made?
Each fragrance is carefully blended with premium fragrance oils and ingredients. Every bottle is crafted to ensure luxury performance and aroma.
9. Are your fragrances suitable for all skin types?
Yes, but as with any cosmetic product, we recommend testing on a small area first if you have sensitive skin.
10. Are all trademarks on your site registered?
Yes. All trademarks, service marks, and brand names displayed on this site are the registered property of Fifth Room Fragrances® or their respective owners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited
F.A.Q. – Order Changes & Policies
Q: Can I change my order after it’s placed?
A: Once an order is placed, changes are very limited. We can only accommodate changes before the order has been processed and shipped. Please contact us immediately via email or phone if you need to make a change.
Q: Can I change the fragrance, quantity, or shipping address after ordering?
A: Only before the order enters fulfillment. Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be modified, canceled, or returned due to our Final Sale Policy.
Q: What if I made a mistake with my shipping address?
A: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders sent to an incorrect address due to customer error may not be recoverable, and we cannot offer a replacement unless the carrier confirms the item was lost or undeliverable.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be canceled before fulfillment. Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled or returned.
Q: Can I exchange a fragrance I ordered?
A: Exchanges are only available in these situations:
- Damaged During Shipping – Items that arrive broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged.
- Lost in Transit – Orders verified as lost by the shipping carrier.
All other requests for exchanges or changes cannot be accommodated.
Q: Why can’t I return or exchange a fragrance for other reasons?
A: For health, safety, and quality assurance, we cannot resell opened or used fragrance bottles. All purchases are final sale, which ensures every bottle meets our high-quality standards.
