Processing Time



  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.




Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



  • Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing.
    • International: 7–21 business days after processing (customs may cause delays).




Order Tracking



  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.




Shipping Restrictions



  • Due to the alcohol content in perfumes, some carriers may place restrictions on air shipping.
  • We currently ship to U.S. and international




Damages & Lost Packages



  • Fifth Room Fragrances is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
  • If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement (see Return & Refund Policy).
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
