Fifth Room Fragrances® – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is processed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Locations

We ship to U.S. addresses only at this time.

  • International shipping may be added in the future.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may not be refundable.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery method, and destination.
  • Free shipping promotions may apply only under specified terms.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost in Transit: If your order is verified as lost by the carrier, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Damaged During Shipping: If your order arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged, please contact us immediately. We will replace the damaged item at no additional cost.
  • Customers must report lost or damaged items within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

6. Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, Fifth Room Fragrances® is not responsible for delays or losses outside our control.

7. Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking information where available.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided by the carrier.

 

8. International Shipping & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with international shipments.
  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance.

 

9. Final Sale Reminder

 

Please note: All purchases are final sale. For health, safety, and quality reasons, once a bottle has left our facility, it cannot be returned or resold. Exchanges are only offered for lost or damaged items as outlined above.
