Final Sale Notice:

All purchases from Fifth Room Fragrances® are final sale. For health, safety, and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns once a bottle has left our facility, as used or opened fragrance bottles cannot be resold.


Exchanges:

We are happy to offer replacements only in the following situations:

  1. Damaged During Shipping – Items that arrive broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged.
  2. Lost in Transit – Orders verified as lost by the carrier.

In these cases, we will replace your product at no additional cost.

 

How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact us at Support@fifthroomscents.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable).
  • Once verified, we will process a replacement shipment promptly.

Important Notes

 

  • Exchanges are only for the same product originally purchased.
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
