Fifth Room Fragrances Return & Refund Policy
At Fifth Room Fragrances, we take pride in offering premium-quality fragrances. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Final Sale Policy
- All fragrance purchases are non-refundable.
- For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns. Once a bottle has left our facility, it cannot be resold.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges under the following circumstances:
- Damaged During Shipping – If your order arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged.
- Lost in Transit – If your order is verified by the carrier as lost.
In these cases, we will gladly replace your product at no additional cost.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us at Support@fifthroomscents.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable).
- Once verified, we will process a replacement shipment promptly.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are only for the same product originally purchased.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
