By using this site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Final Sale & Exchange Policy, Privacy Policy, and all other policies posted on the site. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

3. Products and Descriptions
We strive to display product colors, sizes, and scents as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee exact matches, as display devices and perception may vary. All fragrances are subject to availability.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
- Taxes, duties, and shipping fees may apply.
- Payments are processed via Shopify Payments® and other approved methods.
- By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the full amount to your payment method at the time of purchase.
5. Final Sale & Exchanges
All purchases from Fifth Room Fragrances® are final sale.
For health, safety, and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns once a bottle has left our facility, as used or opened fragrance bottles cannot be resold.
We offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:
- Damaged During Shipping – Items that arrive broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged.
- Lost in Transit – Orders verified as lost by the carrier.
Replacement products will be provided at no additional cost in these situations.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship to the addresses provided at checkout using third-party carriers.
- Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only; we are not liable for delays outside our control.
- Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct delivery addresses.
- Title and risk pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Limitation of Liability
- Fifth Room Fragrances® is not responsible for allergic reactions, improper use, or misuse of products.
- Our liability for any claim arising from the use or inability to use our products is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
- We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and acknowledging policies prior to purchase.
